Workspaces hold your team's folders, PDFs, docx files, and notebooks in one shared tree. Invite a teammate by email and they see the same research the moment they sign in.

Move your files in
Upload whole folders at once. Your existing tree comes across as it is, and every file is read and indexed as it lands.
Invite your team
Add members by email. Belong to several teams at once and switch between them without switching accounts.
Organize as you grow
Move files between workspaces, turn a folder into its own workspace, or nest one workspace inside another as your team's research grows.
Work from the files
Open any PDF in the built-in reader to highlight and pin notes to the page, or run Mine on it straight from its menu.
What makes it more than a shared drive: every file is broken down into the cards, authors, and citations inside it, and connected to everything else in the workspace. Dropbox can organize your files. It cannot tell you which of them make the same argument.

Find the card you half remember.
One search box covers everything in your workspaces: card text, tags, authors, citations, file contents, notebooks, saved articles, and past searches. You describe what you are looking for in plain language, and it works out what you mean.

Type what you remember about a card, like “the grid reliability card with the 2035 number,” and it comes up, even if you never knew what the file was called.
Instant as you type
Results update on every keystroke across every card, notebook, file, and saved article you have access to, and get sharper when you pause.
